BRIXTON SW2 - 2 BEDROOM FLAT

This 1-bedroom garden apartment underwent an extensive renovation and conversion, transforming it into a spacious 2-bedroom garden apartment. 

The existing extension, which did not meet regulated requirements and had damp issues, was demolished and rebuilt to ensure compliance and a structurally sound space. 

To maximize natural light and create a bright atmosphere, a skylight was installed, allowing the South-facing garden light to flow throughout the apartment.

The apartment received a fresh decoration, creating a modern and inviting ambiance.
